Hello everypony this is my first fan art and i hope to continue my work. For my first piece decided to go with Dr. Whooves, who is my Favorite background character due to the fact that I am a Dr. Who fan. I chose i simple style and chose to leave out detail in order to get a clearer idea on how the head is shaped. Then i decided to add in a closed eye in order to show a simple expression and emotion without taking away from the shape.
Can i use this picture to make a theme for google chrome?
